OMNISPHERE CONCEPTS

From Concept To Closet

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 01 August 2026 · omnisphereconcepts.com

1. Introduction

Omnisphere Concepts (“Omnisphere,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides virtual styling, fit and sizing tools, digital fashion templates, and membership services through omnisphereconcepts.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (“NDPA”) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation issued thereunder.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data when you use the Site or purchase a service:

  • Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address (for physical correspondence where applicable).
  • Order and payment data: items purchased, order value, transaction reference, and payment status. Card and bank details are processed directly by our licensed payment processor, SaySwitch — Omnisphere does not store your full card number, CVV, or bank PIN.
  • Styling data: body measurements, photographs submitted for fit, foot-shape, or color-analysis services, wardrobe descriptions, style preferences, and questionnaire responses.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for Site functionality and analytics.
  • Communications: messages sent via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp regarding bookings and support.

3. Lawful Basis and Purpose of Processing

Under the NDPA, we process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, including:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver the digital product, styling session, or membership you purchased, including generating mood boards, blueprints, fit reports, and issuing Calendly booking links.
  • Consent — where you voluntarily submit photographs or measurements for a fit/sizing or color-analysis service.
  • Legitimate interest — to improve our services, prevent fraud, and communicate order updates.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with Nigerian tax, consumer protection, and data protection law.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To process orders and payments through SaySwitch.
  • To generate and deliver digital downloads (PDFs, videos, templates) and Calendly booking links automatically by email.
  • To provide 1-on-1 styling sessions and respond to support requests.
  • To manage Style Club subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • To send service-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional updates.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with:

  • Our payment processor, SaySwitch, to complete and verify transactions.
  • Hosting, email, and booking infrastructure providers (e.g. our website host, email provider, and Calendly) strictly to fulfil your request.
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by Nigerian law.

6. Photographs and Sensitive Measurement Data

Certain services (Shoe Size + Foot Shape Analysis, Color Analysis, Custom Size Profile) require you to submit photographs or body measurements. This data is used solely to prepare your personalized report and is retained only as long as necessary to deliver and support your order, after which it is securely deleted upon request.

7. Data Retention

We retain order data for as long as necessary to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations under Nigerian law. Styling photographs and measurement data submitted for one-time services are deleted within 90 days of delivery unless you request earlier deletion or ongoing retention for future services.

8. Your Rights Under the NDPA

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. marketing emails) at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@omnisphereconcepts.com.

9. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to remember your browsing session and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality.

10. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and restricted internal access — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
