Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing omnisphereconcepts.com or purchasing any service (“Service”) from Omnisphere Concepts (“Omnisphere,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Services.
2. Nature of Services
Omnisphere provides digital and virtual fashion styling services, including but not limited to: virtual style consultations, capsule wardrobe blueprints, color analysis reports, fit and sizing tools, digital templates, and the Omnisphere Style Club membership. All Services are delivered virtually — there is no physical shipment of goods.
3. Orders and Payment
Browse our curated collection of digital fashion services, select what you need, and check out securely through our online ordering system. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD $) and are payable at checkout via SaySwitch, our designated payment processor. Orders are confirmed automatically once payment has been successfully verified by SaySwitch. Omnisphere reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud.
4. Delivery of Digital Products and Booking Links
Once your payment is confirmed, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided, containing, as applicable to the Service purchased:
- A secure download link to your PDF, ebook, video, or template file; and/or
- Your personal Calendly booking link to schedule a live video consultation.
Download links are time-limited and capped at a maximum number of downloads as specified per product. If your link expires before you access your file, contact support@omnisphereconcepts.com for reissue.
For services requiring input from you (measurements, photographs, questionnaires, styling briefs), delivery timelines begin from the point you submit the required information, not from the point of payment.
5. Virtual Style Consultations
Live video consultations are booked via the Calendly link issued after payment. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Failure to attend a scheduled session without rescheduling forfeits the session; a new booking must be purchased to reschedule after a no-show.
6. Omnisphere Style Club Membership (Subscription)
The Omnisphere Style Club is a recurring monthly subscription, billed automatically each month through SaySwitch. By subscribing, you authorize Omnisphere to charge your payment method, via SaySwitch, on each monthly renewal date until you cancel.
- You may cancel your Style Club subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.
- Member benefits (weekly outfit ideas, early access, 10% service discount, WhatsApp community access) are available only while your subscription is active and in good standing.
- Failed renewal payments may result in automatic suspension of membership access until payment is successfully retried or updated.
7. Refund Policy
Because all Services are digital and/or involve immediate booking access, the following refund policy applies:
- One-time digital products (PDFs, ebooks, videos, templates, reports): non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed.
- Virtual consultations and custom services (measurement/photo-based reports, mood boards, custom size profiles): non-refundable once the Calendly link has been issued or the brief/questionnaire has been submitted for processing.
- Style Club subscription: no refunds for partial billing periods; cancellation stops future renewals only.
- Exceptions may be made solely at Omnisphere’s discretion in cases of duplicate charges, verified technical failure preventing delivery, or non-delivery within the stated timeframe.
8. Accuracy of Submitted Information
Services such as Custom Size Profile, Shoe Size + Foot Shape Analysis, and Color Analysis rely entirely on the accuracy of measurements, photographs, and information you submit. Omnisphere is not responsible for inaccurate recommendations resulting from incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information provided by you.
9. Intellectual Property
All templates, PDFs, mood boards, videos, blueprints, and other digital deliverables remain the intellectual property of Omnisphere Concepts and are licensed to you for personal or, where explicitly stated (e.g. Business Templates), commercial use in your own fashion brand. Resale, redistribution, or public sharing of Omnisphere digital files without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell Omnisphere digital products, or submit fraudulent payment information. Omnisphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found in breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Omnisphere provides styling guidance and recommendations to the best of professional judgment but does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. exact garment fit from third-party retailers, subjective satisfaction with styling choices). To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Omnisphere’s total liability for any claim arising from a Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our products, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Omnisphere is registered.
13. Changes to These Terms
Omnisphere may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
